Angela Perri is a dedicated health industry expert who specializes in business transformation, process and program design, healthcare IT (HealthIT), product development, education services, and marketing.
Angela Perri has made a career of serving in the public sector. As an executive leader for multiple managed care organizations, she has worked to develop better healthcare solutions for persons with disabilities, children in foster care, and many other vulnerable populations. She believes it is of the utmost importance to provide people access to affordable, quality health care and education services easily. By simplifying technology solutions for staff, members, providers, clients and other stakeholders; this results in the development of a wide array of new services and tools always designed with the end-user in mind.
Angela Perri is an accomplished Six Sigma Black Belt for DMAIC (process improvement), DMADV (process/system design) and Lean programs. Initially a marketing writer and strategist, she served as a lobbyist advocating for health care reform before working for various health care organizations. She began with ValueOptions, and then Magellan Behavioral Health working as a Manager of Marketing Initiatives in 2000— a position that included design work on the MagellanAssist website. She played a vital role in the design and implementation of marketing initiatives supporting Magellan’s product and program development. In 2001, she became a Senior Program Consultant for CIGNA Behaviorial Health, where she was responsible for work on Request for Proposals as well as the production of print and digital marketing materials to promote CIGNA healthcare products. She then moved on to work in leadership roles at the former PacifiCare (now part of UnitedHealthcare/Optum Behavioral Health), the Amerigroup Corporation,and most recently as Vice President of Business Development, Communication and Education Services for Cenpatico which included responsibility for government relations, public relations, web, marketing, development, and school services programs.
Angela Perri is an avid volunteer and hobbyist. She has provided valuable volunteer services to both Habitat for Humanity and the Special Olympics. She is passionate about helping the less fortunate, and giving back to her local community. She is also an experienced and enthusiastic motorcyclist, equestrian, and skier, and remains very physically active.
In her personal time Angela Perri is equally committed to helping people with special needs. As a volunteer for the Special Olympics, Angela enjoyed working with athletes through the competitive process as both a swimming and basketball coach. The opportunity to serve as a mentor, to experience the smiles and joy of so many young athletes, was something she won’t soon forget.

She is an advocate for children in foster care, at-risk youth, and for those with special needs. She is also committed to helping seniors, people suffering from severe mental illness, and substance abuse, while consistently advocating for Medicaid and public healthcare reform.
